This happened back in 2017 but the constant emails and notifications continued until last year (2022). The scammer claimed I had a computer virus and needed to install security and firewall protection for computer optimization along with extra months of support. Phone conversations were consistent with instilling fear of losing my important information and a persistent and stern tone using constant pressure to purchase the product. The payments were made by credit card on 4/16/2017 to TechKangaroos Singapore for $249.99, on 5/31/2017 to TechKangaroos Singapore for $150.00 and on 10/10/2017 to Dusti Solutions Singapore for $149.99. I recently was going through emails and paperwork and realized I had never reported my suspicions, until now.
