received a letter & check stating I won $200,000. Check was for $3750.00. Letter stated processing fee was $3400. Of course, if I deposited the check and gave them the money, I would be out $3400 since the check was bogus. Issuer was Bayer Built in Belgrade,MN on a Bank of America Check. The phone contact I was to use was Mr. Joseph Morgan at 1-877-322-4686. The top of the letter said: Billtrust Financial, Inc
