The scammer used Facebook and sent a message on messenger, posing as a personal friend. My "friend" sent me the name of the agent-Ruth Smith, foundation opened 24 hours, and that she thought I would qualify and would not have to repay it. I received Delivery Details, Ticket number DAN 782653NN23, Serial Number F198UJHDHK 86, and Reference Number 64789W23-the Delivery Document Fees in the amount of $2000 would have to be paid. Go to Walmart, Walgreens, Kroger, or Food Lion Store and purchase 4 Vanilla Gift Cards in the amount of $500 each. Take pictures of all 4 cards, front and back and the receipts and send pictures of everything to her. I tried reaching my real friend, looking for her number, but no luck. I was sent a picture of my home and told not to tell anyone because of security reasons. My "friend" stayed close by, helping with all information and what I needed to do. Then I was told the head office needed to stamp the winner money document but I had to pay fees for delivery in the amount of $1000. I refused. The picture she sent of the stamper and documents had a man's hand and arm with a shirt. Finally, she sent me a picture of money in a clear baggie. I blocked her/him on Facebook, finally got my real friend's number and alerted her, made reports to my bank.
