After purchase I sent several emails, tried the number, contacted PayPal To stop transaction because after not being able to reach anyone found online might be scam. and also getting confirmation from UPS that I didn't receive it and someone else's address from my town!...although Bilemete had invoice showing my address and contact info... The seller was called 123powerup... I even tried the emails on the invoice. To contact Bilemete.. The website is now blocked to me Bilemete refuses to connect me. UPS had me file a loss claim...and then the rep said they mailed the check to Bilemete because they were the seller that hired them to deliver to me so Bilemete got paid again!! UPS to!d me i had to contact seller to get my money back.. I said i had no way to do that but you guys just gave them another $99.65!!!!! And PayPal is only source of payment... After many complaint filings.. Emails... Being called a liar... I finally got my money back from PayPal. They were to open an investigation.. Whether they did or not!!!???

This appears to be an online store. When placing an order payment goes through PayPal and charges immediately your account. I never received any confirmation of order nor did I do due diligence in checking this company prior to ordering. Never received product.

I want to alert the general public that this company is 100% fraudulent. Customers should NOT order anything from them online. It is based in China. The address, names, phone numbers and web content are completely fictitious. The website content is extremely good and well prepared but 100% fraudulent. Their content ranges from tools to clothing and they come up on shopping websites near the top of the searches. The prices are low but not so low as to raise suspicion. The content is excellent with links to the detailed product descriptions. The website concentrates on women's clothing but they sell many other items. I want to prevent others from becoming victims.

Placed an order for Chlorine 3" Tablets which is currently very hard to obtain at a non-inflated price. This scam caught me off-guard since I was not informed by my pool maintenance guy that the price I had paid for this product was highly likely to be inaccurate (I have never purchased chlorine tablets before so had no idea about typical pricing metrics). I quickly became suspicious after hearing this so I took a deeper look at both the merchant website. The company features clothes so unlikely they would be selling chlorine tablets. I then conducted a web search for reviews of this vendor and took note of MANY complaints about this vendor being fraudulent (either orders were never filled or an empty package was delivered). I then examined my PayPal receipt and noticed that the merchant name was written in Chinese and the supplied email ([email protected]) was completely different than the website supplied email address. I immediately called both my credit card bank and PayPal to launch a dispute. Catching this issue immediately enhances the chances of getting my money returned. Buyer beware of the fraudulent merchant calling themselves 'Bilemete.com'!
