I ordered two weekender bags for $58.85 on January 5, 2025. Received email stating the shipment was on its way with tracking number from Track17. Most of the tracking site was in Chinese and difficult to follow. After 3 weeks the tracking said the package was delivered, but it wasn’t. I requested a refund and to cancel the order but they sent emails saying another package was on its way. Never received. I once again requested a refund and they have sent several responses that it has been processed, but $ have not been received in my account. I’m staying on their trail, still hoping after three months, to get a refund for the hassle.

I ordered four travel bags. They keep saying they sent the package and they gave me a fake tracking number. Then they said they would resend it and keep doing the same thing over and over it’s a vicious circle.

I ordered two carryon bags and when they did not appear after 3 weeks I wrote to their customer service address ,[email protected] asking for shipment information. I included all o f the original order information in my email.

This was their lame response to which I did not respond figuring I had been scammed!

Ordered the weekender bag for $34.88 thru bikobabybus , it's been over a month and I've never received anything. I emailed them to compalin, they gave me link for tracking but have to pay for it.

I ordered this weekender luggage 2 pieces on January 9, 2025. This was an online purchase advertisement was on social media using Lori Greiner of Shark Tank representing QVC weekender luggage. They told me my order was delivered on the 28th. Their tracking system was in Chinese, and when I contacted their customer support by email, they apologized and said it was on it's way. After several attempts of contacting customer support, I have never received my order. On February 10th, I received an email stating the package has been resent with a new tracking number, again all tracking in Chinese. This is a scam and I'm mad at myself for not being smarter. Please get them off the websites.

I ordered the Weekender Bag on 12/30/24 for $43.87 and got some sketchy tracking info that it was delivered. We have cameras and It wasn’t delivered. I have been going back and forth ever since. They keep saying that they’ll send it out soon. I have all of the emails.

Facebook ad for weekender bag, video with Lori Greiner QVC for the bag she created. There was 30% discount when 2 bags were purchased. There is a delivery tracker named 17track.net/en appears in Chinese except my address - city, state and 5 digit zip. Delivery 01/21/25 17:56. Video clips just before and after 556 pm doesnt show any packages being delivered. Charge on credit card shows merchant name kindertrends, 1502 foothill blvd ste 103699 La Verne, CA 91750 626.633.2989. Neither site is working now.
