Website falsely advertises customized jewelry on social media. Comments are turned off on most pictures and comments that are posted will be immediately deleted. Emails are not responded to. Item is supposed to be shipped within 10-15 business days. It’s now going on 4 months.

I’ve been seeing this company bijouxbydh.com on Instagram advertising their jewelry I was interested so I ordered during their promotion of buy one get one free of a necklace plus I added an extra One just to have and later added some rings. I made these purchases in June 2017 and one is September 2017 of rings. The duration time for the June purchases took over a month to receive 2 items. I never Got the free item and neither of the rings plus I spent over $110 to only get two items that where delivered. I got a email stating the other items never shipped which I’ve been contacting the company through email which isn’t no help so I’m very confused about this company that claims it’s been on tv or magazines but can’t explain what happen to my missing items that never been shipped. I believe every time they claim to have a promotion that’s their way of scamming people to buy items to never receive so basically I’ve been scammed and I would hate for this to continue.
