Completed a survey was told was for Ace Hardware and as a promotion you would receive a Stanley tool set and all you needed to do was pay the shipping of $8.98. I did as instructed and immediately was notified by my bank that someone had charged $46 to my card. This was not the company that did the survey. I canceled the payment with my bank and filed a claim against the company. My bank returned the funds to my account and I have not heard any results since. I sent an email to the [email protected] and have heard nothing since. The invoice was on March 20, 2023 and my email was sent on April 4, 2023 and I have received no answer.
