Got following eMail which appears to be selling a $40.00 toolkit for $8.95. After paying and getting charged I called them and was told that the $8.95 was only for a CHANCE TO WIN the toolkit and it was non-refundable. After saying I was going to call credit card and report them as a scam they did refund the $8.95.
