Well I watched the tracking for weeks it kept going from port to port in china to USA back to china so called post office several they said that the tracking numbers are not even one they would be receiving at the postal office and I called several more offices so I began emailing biglots online of course I had to be persistent and email about 50 times I finally got and email back and they wanted to offer me 20% back of my money which I’m sure is just as much as a scam so I proceeded to email back and tell them to send me vouchers for all my money to spend at a biglots store they came back at me with I’ll give you 40% back so as I’m still really mad I’m not letting up in the least little bit (I also know I’m not getting anything back) I just kept on about how this is not a good look on the company and in this time and the world in this condition and the economy and people would treat people this way. Well they come back with we will give you 50% back. But also somewhere in all of this she said can you ask all your relatives if they have received them, well all my relatives live a 1000 miles away from me. So moral of this story is this is the worst thing ever at Christmas time you think you getting a good thing and you get screwed over I can’t believe I fell for it. But you can bet it won’t happen again
