Looking for a couch on Facebook marketplace and BigLots appeared. I was excited about the price since I knew the stores were closing and was in dire need of a couch. I did not check the website before ordering and then noticed the confirmation email can from a totally different domain. The wording on the shipping/tracking email is not correct either.
