I placed an order through an email I received from Biglotsclosed.com. After receiving a tracking number via TRACK718 Logistics, I tracked my shipment for weeks. The last update indicated that the package was delivered to a town two hours away from me, but I never received the items. When I looked into the company I purchased from, it came up as ULIKEMARKET through Klarna. I’ve opened two disputes with Klarna, but both have been rejected because they haven’t been able to get a response from ULIKEMARKET. Meanwhile, Biglotsclosed.com has completely vanished from the web. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I want to warn others about this scam company. Please think twice before using Klarna, as they have been unhelpful in resolving this issue.
