Advertisement showed a really sweet owl and eagle for your garden wind decoration, showed large wing span. What arrived were pieces to put together with no receipt and no instructions.

The ad said easy returns and gives an email address. When emailing, had no response. 2nd day email showed ADDRESS UNKNOWN.
