I saw an advertisement for chunky chenille yarn. I clicked on the website bigyarn.com, I had also looked at reviews for the product and saw positive reviews. I placed my order Feb 17th 2021 for $250 worth of yarn. After a few weeks of not receiving my items I contacted them and was told because of covid things are taking longer and they apologized for my wait. As time went on it is now Dec 2021 and I have not received anything when I requested a refund my emails went unanswered.
