On 5/28/2025, I added a couch, a portable washing machine and a laptop to a cart on what I believed to be a real website. I should have realized it was a scam much sooner as the amount on my bank statement for the purchase was $5 more than the amount of the receipt email.
On 5/29/2025, I received an email that my order had shipped... I continued to track for over a month. Remaining patient, as the items were shipping from China. I was able to translate each search to show leaving the warehouse, going through customs, leaving China, and arrival stateside. Today is 7/4/2025. Two days ago, it showed as delivered to my address. Nothing was delivered. I recently had a charge blocked by my credit union, which I believe was likely the same entity trying to get more money from my account.
Scammers are the worst [censored].

The website portrayed itself as a big lot store closure with 90% off retail. Price. Multiple people were scammed
