I unfortunately was another victim of these websites (I found a half dozen); I also reported them to the manufacturer but as of today, many are still active. If you did authorize payment via PayPal, be prepared to get a fight from them. This clown actually has hacked the USPS & provides a tracking number to PayPal which makes it appear the product has been delivered. Mine was supposedly left “in or next to my mailbox” according to the tracking. First of all, there is no way a package this big fits IN a standard mailbox & secondly, packages this size are ALWAYS brought to my porch by our delivery person. I’m not even sure it’s legal for the USPS to leave a package next to or leaning against a street side mailbox. PayPal could care less & advised I would have to prove the package was never delivered. After several emails to the USPS web site & my local branch, I finally received word & proof the package associated with the tracking number this criminal provided was only 20 oz (just a bit light for a full sized charcoal grill w/ table) and wasn’t even addressed to me. Even WITH this proof, PayPal STILL did not want to refund me, advising the case had been closed and could not be reopened (even though another rep advised otherwise the previous week) and advised I should file a dispute with my credit card company. NO WAY I was going that route again after all the work I had put into getting this refund. I advised PayPal I had already tried this before on another claim they had denied and that Discover ALSO denied the dispute as I had authorized PayPal to make the payment and Discover was simply fulfilling my request. After a few more times “on hold”, PayPal finally agreed to reopen the case and I saw today the credit was finally applied back to my Discover. I spent the better part of several days getting my $95 back, but there was absolutely NO CHANCE IN THIS WORLD this criminal was getting away with this “sale”.

The website came up when I was searching for the product- Big Green Egg Grills - it looks like a legitimate factory outlet division of the actual company but offered discounted prices ... but when I ordered a grill - the email that came up with the pay pal receipt did not look right:

MICHAEL COLEMAN

It said I paid him through paypal when I thought I was paying Big Green Egg company - which is a legitimate company

Mine was paid to James Robinson. Evidently this clown has multiple PayPal accounts in addition to the multiple Big Green Egg sites. I hope they are able to track him down and prosecute him / them to the full extent of the law.

Same happened to me. Reported them to the federal scam website, my bank and paypal. Did you get your $ back?
