I ordered cookware from this company back in February for $52.59. I have emailed them repeatedly asking where my product is and they have continually asked for receipt and order # etc. which I have provided. Each time they assure me that my product is now with the shippers. I believe they are fraudulent. The number associated with this company is a overseas # +44 7830 416727

This product was introduced as a "Roll Back" discounted Patio Set (5 piece Rattan look) which I purchased online. They stated that the product had already been delivered and it hadn't after two months of waiting; the message stated that the product had been delivered the previous month (April 20, 2022). Once I inquired, I continued to receive a message (which appeared to be from a list server and not an actual person) in which the message said that "your package has been delivered. Receipt from BIG FLY LIMITED Receipt #********* A receipt was provided "You're receiving this email because you made a purchase at BIG FLY LIMITED, which partners with Stripe to provide invoicing and payment processing". AMOUNT PAID $67.98 DATE PAID March 7, 2022 PAYMENT METHOD - Card SUMMARY ***** ******************** *******
