Contacted business to inquire about a puppy. I was contacted back with a response to my inquiry. I decided to send payment to the individual Joe Phillips which they confirmed receiving. I decided on the ship date and communicated as such. On the day of when I was supposed to receive my puppy the business sent me an itinerary from the third party carrier that would handle the shipping of the puppy. This third party then sent me an email a few hours before the scheduled flight stating I needed to provide insurance at the cost of $1600 USD. By that point I realized I was being scammed all the way around. Here is the third party info as well - *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***.

Finally, I requested a full refund but no surprise no one has responded back.
