I was contacted by an Ellen Buckland and advised to reach out to a Jeremy hinds via telegram. He conducted a virtual/IM interview. Then said the following business day I would receive an email with my w-4 and I-9 forms. He said that I would receive a check to purchase equipment and computer programs I would need for the job. He stated that he worked for Biffa PLC out of the UK and that they were building and office in San Antonio Texas. And I would be doing remote data entry. I researched the company and it was legit. But then looked into scams in the US and found several other who had been targeted the same way. Luckily I had not given any personal information such as SS# or bank information.
