I purchased an item through website (bicycleseatshop.com) for $97.02 on March 17, 2023 and it showed up in my PayPal activity as Diane Marsman. I never received an order confirmation or tracking number. I tried contacting seller via email that they have posted on website and email is non functioning. All social media for website is non functioning as well. I contacted PayPal help desk and explained situation and they said they couldn't get me a refund because it showed I sent money to a personal account. However I ordered through their website. I believe that this is a scam and they know that paypal won't refund from a personal transfer. I did a google search for address on website and it looks to be someone's house. I would like a refund but, if this can not be done I would like an investigation so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Thank you
