I was interested in getting two Bichon pups but was suspicious of how quickly I got the responces back from them. They seemed all too eager and wanted to ship right away. After I asked them if they were a scam because I couldn’t find any positive ratings online for the company they first tried to say it was competitors trying to destroy them. But it is all a lie. They also have a site with the name Family Pembroke Corgi. https://www.fampembrokecorgi.com

When contacting the seller to purchase a Bichon puppy, the seller was required a quick transfer from my checking account to their quick pay account. The seller required a transfer of $700.00 for the price of the puppy and $100.00 for shipping. I transferred a total of $800.00.

After they received the money, they said that the puppy would be delivered to me on the next day.

When I did not hear back from them with a Tracking number and time of delivery, I emailed the seller questioning when I should expect the puppy to arrive. They said that due to bad whether the agency did not except the crate and that an upgrade of the crate needed to be purchased.

They asked for another $880.00 to be transferred to their account and that I would be refunded this money once the puppy arrived.

I then knew I was involved in a fraud.

I have saved all the emails communications if needed.

This happened to me. It was $750. The day before. I received texts stating they were heading to the shipping place, then another stating there was an issue regarding the crate and there will need to be an additional $900-$950 for a specific crate. Which raised an immediate flag. I then said you should’ve known this information when setting up shipping and contacted me beforehand. I then said I was unable to provide the additional funds but perhaps could speak to someone. He then said “he’s right there” and I said if I cash app the money, (I then had my suspicion confirmed) the shippers will refund upon pickup. I requested a refund, he continued to text and call me. He said he’ll get me the money, which I highly doubt, fool me once...

I contacted Bichonheavens about a dog named MIMI on their website. I wired them money on zelle and that's when red flags started popping up. After they got the money they pushed me off on to another company/scam Royal Air to have the puppy shipped. They started asking for more and more money and that's when I knew it was all a scam.
