Another scam victim

We are in the middle of a similar scam by someone using this phone number. Sudden last minute changes requiring them to leave town but that they would ship the puppy which we can keep or send back. Seemed like very nice people, but BEWARE they won’t offer a full refund and will continue to try to get you to use their pet shipper who tries to rent you a proper shipping crate ($1,300 min!) which they promise will be reimbursed when the puppy is delivered. LOL!
I will chase this rabbit down the hole, but your help is appreciated.

On 1-7-22 I received a response to my inquiry on Corgi Puppies for sale. I was contacted by Text from a Wiliam Lofton # 657-310-2594.

He set up the appointment to visit puppies at address **** ******* ** ********** ** ****1 but was a NO SHOW. Time after time it took him to respond to my texts. There was also a deposit made to him via Zelle for $100 which he has not refunded back to me. The advertisement thru Bichon Frise Puppies Recycler with that same phone number. I am hoping you are able to collect enough information to stop this type of Scam from happening to another innocent victim.
