Received nothing. Waste of my time.

On 7/5/2022, I placed an order for a bible through their website. The confirmation email stated that processing could take up to 21 business days. I patiently waited. I reached out to them via SMS (text) at 252-262-1919 on Sunday 7/24 and they replied the next day. They apologized for the delay and said a tracking number would be sent as soon as it was available. I told them I needed tracking WITH MOVEMENT by 8/14 are I would be forced to dispute it with my CC. They replied they would check and get back to me. No further update was received. I communicated on 8/13 that I was forced to dispute the charge or ask for a refund. They said they would refund. More than a week later I had to dispute with my CC because they did not process the refund. Really a waste of time. Do not use them. If you already ordered with them, ask for a refund and then dispute it with your CC if the refund is not processed. You can text them at 252-262-1919 to ask for a refund.

Ordered a Bible... Months ago...38.00 from Paypal to pay them ..no Bible...no communication from them .. Nothing! Want my money back...this was a good faith purchase and I am so hurt by this blatant scam ...I live off of SS and was trying to bless someone else with God's word...And they just stole my money ...

Online purchase

So I only purchased 1 adventure Bible on February 3 and still haven’t gotten a reply from them after I emailed them . I would like to cancel the order and get my money back. It was $15.49 . Can you please help, I’m seeing how a few people have gotten scammed or never got their products. I truly don’t trust that website honestly ever since I placed my order but left the benefit of the doubt …. Please help me get a refund.

I did a Google search for Bibles as a gift for children who were graduating from the Children's Ministry at our church. A website came up in the "shopping" filter in the Google search that seemed to offer a discount on exactly what I wanted. I made a purchase for 9 Bibles (total $103.41) on my personal credit card through PayPal as a guest. I immediately received an e-mail from the seller confirming my order and telling me that I would receive another e-mail when my items shipped. I also immediately received an e-mail from PayPal with my purchase receipt. After 2 weeks, I still had not received notification of shipping. I e-mailed the support e-mail address (listed on my order confirmation and website) and never received a reply. One week after sending the e-mail to the support address, I began to be suspicious. The biblesquality.com website seemed legitimate (although now has changed completely and appears to sell dresses!), but was based in the UK. I was unable to call the phone number on the site as my phone has no international plan. I checked the street address on Google maps and there was no storefront. I then e-mailed the address associated with the PayPal purchase on my credit card statement. I received a reply within 2 hours with the tracking numbers of two packages. When those two packages arrived, they had the correct address, but two different names that were not mine. The Bibles inside were legitimate and new Bibles, exactly as I ordered, but only 4 of the 9. I wrote more e-mails asking about the remainder of my order, but never received a reply. The return address on the packages was a different company, so I contacted them. The orders came to this middle company (apparently legitimate, as I talked to someone on the phone) through two individuals with obviously fake names and e-mail addresses. I sent a final e-mail to all the addresses I had for this "company" requesting a refund and threatening to report them and have never received a reply.
