Ordered an item and it never came. Reached out, the merchant said it would be here 7-15 days or longer due to supply chain issues. One month later, still no item, but they attempted to charge another $500 of goods (clothing and eye glasses) from various countries. Luckily I'm only out $66 since the credit card company called me to verify the fraudulent charges and stopped them,
