BIBITY Shop is a SCAM

I made the mistake of ordering a product that I never received. I've been taken by PayPal so I did not use my PayPal account using my credit card. The charge went directly through PayPal and paid an individual (Cheryl Bennett) rather than BIBITY Shops.

It's messed up that I wasn't the only person to get scammed for my money I know $76 isn't much but for a single mom of 3 and going through eviction and depending on a scam company isn't making nothing at all better. I waited up to 20 days after my item was in United States and it hasn't moved since then shame on them, the emails stopped coming and then when it got 25 days there isn't no company found or reached at

I ordered tractor tires on line on April 25, 2023. The company ran my credit card but sent me no verification of order, no tracking number, or no communication at all. When it became obvious that delivery was not going to be made, I phoned and left many messages, but received no response. I have now filed a claim with my credit card company. Bibitys is now listed on the website as Cross Creek Tractor 2.

I feel silly for falling for this.

I was shopping for a specific item that occasionally shows up on online resale websites, it's called a Pilatesstick. I found it at bibiity.com, and it appeared to be a legitimate business. I trusted it in part because it used PayPal and other forms of payment. So I bought the item in my shopping cart, and logged into PayPal, and I paid for the item. When PayPal directed me to return to the merchant, the shopping cart had not processed, although I received a confirmation from PayPal. PayPal paid an unverified account under a completely different name from the website where I was shopping. The company/user that got the money was Thumbs-Up Services, Inc., The receiver of this payment is Unverified. http://www.thumbsuprepairs.com, [email protected]. I googled it and realized this was all a fraud.

I reported it to PayPal. The unverified user provided a USPS Delivery Tracking number (which was stolen) as evidence that the item was delivered to my mailbox on March 9, 2023. The item was not delivered; in fact, there's no way it could have fit in our neighborhood mailboxes, it would have been a door delivery or pickup item due to it's size. Nonetheless, I also received Informed Delivery emails each day from USPS, and my delivery email for March 9 says "no packages."

My case to PayPal was denied and closed because PayPal says the receiver provided proof of delivery. I reopened the case with PayPal on March 13, 2023, providing additional documentation.

I do not believe this business really exists in Indiana, either, but lesson learned.

I asked them to cancel before it shipped and they had a hold on the money and said it shipped before cancellation then went on to say I'll get a refund in 5-10 days
