Brogan W. Rodenbaugh DBA BH L&L Construction Services charged $12,187.50 to repair water damaged roof including the replacement of flashing, rebuilding porch roof and replacing fascia and soffits where needed. In addition, he was to retighten screws securing the metal roofing as needed. Brogan was paid in full with the promise to return the next week to finish the work. Upon inspection, I found the flashing was so poorly installed it leaks, the stove pipe flashing is yet to be installed, the fascia and soffits were never done allowing ingress for vermin and numerous other small unfinished details. I have sent text after text with no response or promises to return that were never kept, had two face to face conversations each time receiving assurance he would be here the very next week. Those promises were also never kept. I am presently suing Mr. Rodenbaugh in Small Claims Court for 25% of the job cost as the only recourse I have. I am 73 years old and I am now forced to complete the work left by BH L&L Construction Services and Brogan W. Rodenbaugh.
