BHA Harrassment

BHA Services is calling me about some loan with a payday advance company called Checksmart in Ohio that they claim I took out back in 2015. They claim its for $1600.00. I live in PA now and have been a resident here for over 8 years now and those loans are prohibited in my state. They threatened with a judgment and was very intimidating over the phone. They claim that they would settle for $800.00. I have NO recollection of getting a loan from anyone for $1600.00. I did use Checksmart in the past a long time ago for check cashing and I did take out a couple small loans, but never $1600.00 and I haven't used their services for almost a decade. This seems extremely shady.

I had been contacted by BHA do not remember the name of the person. They claimed an old bill which I was not aware of . I called T Mobile charged off department as they suggested and got to know yes I owe money. I settled an old bill in half and now I debt free . So call the phone company to get it verified . If yhey are offering half , settle it. Do not forget to get the written agreement

Gentleman called left a voicemail for my mother I called back for my mother and the gentleman continue to ask me for my name I gave him my name he continued to tell me of an old address that I lived at 19 years ago and telling me that I owed money $1,622.18 to a telephone company that I have never had an account with. Also he had my last four digits of my social security number and also mentioned a old email address that I did not use or have back 19 years ago 2002 and I also do not use anymore. He continued to want to have me settle the settlement but for half of what he is saying that I owed this telephone company none of this made sense at all I have never had an account with this telephone company and the address that he had given me was back in 2002 none of it made sense he had also text me on my cell phone because I called him for my cell phone rather than the house number that he originally called and left a message for it was someone else that he works with and I asked to speak to that gentleman that left a message and he said that was his partner and that he can can help me asking me for the number that I was calling from. When I told him I was going to call the telephone company to find out what this was about he told me don't call customer service because they will have no history on this. Then he continued to send me a text message stating that this is what I owed.
