Put up a whole fake website picture of braid wigs PayPal payment account compromise sent a piece of hair instead of 4wigs that was ordered and purchased

I ordered two wigs from the website with a promotion that was supposed to be buy one get one free. I paid with my PayPal account. I was sent a confirmation email of my purchase and also a shipping email to track my order. About three weeks after, I received a package with just a small piece of extension hair which is not what i ordered and this extension hair cost about $2 in regular store. My order totaled $65 which was taken out from my PayPal account. I immediately emailed the business with the email provided. I sent a picture of what I received. I emailed them 5 times to refund my payment because I was sent the wrong order but I never received any replies from them. This made me very skeptical of this business and i wanted to share with everyone what i experienced from my purchase with this company.
