We have had Roadside for 2 years and have requested assistance only twice. Each time this company made an excuse of why services were not covered. After thoroughly reviewing their policies my latest call yesterday 3/4/2023 I was told I could not get a tow because the repair shop was not open and even though it is a 24hr service. Had my driver in 30 degree weather until 8am (when the shop open) just to be told there is no tow available due to it being the weekend and they found a "out of network tow company" and Roadside would only cover $150, company would cover $650. I contacted the repair shop which has towing and round trip through them was cheaper. Roadside Masters is NO HELP in a real emergency especially when there's a break down in the middle of nowhere.
