Michael initially came and gave a bid for bi-weekly landscaping. For his 1st job, he did not show up, but later he found an excuse, and I decided to give him a chance. Unfortunately, he continued with excuses and never kept up with the initial bid for bi-weekly service (as he said he would come every other Friday). When he came, though, that happened maybe once in 3 weeks, or later once a month - the only thing he did he mow the lawn and blow debris/leaves (FIY later, he said that this is not included in the price!). For that, he charged me $211.80 every month. He never weeded the flower beds (as agreed) or followed other parts of the bid. My lawn, bushes, and flowerbed gradually looked worse and worse. The lawn that was re-seeded (paid an additional $660 with tax) looks like I neglected it for years! When he stopped coming and did not show up for 2 months - I notified him that I would like to cancel the service. He responded to my cancellation message in about 2 weeks, threatened me with the court, and a lien on my house because we "have a contract"! He sent me a bill for the 2 months when he did not provide any service (another $313.09) and demanded I pay for the rest of the year and - $1,166.15
