I ordered a childrens stand up bouncy gym item for$34.98 from a Facebook advertisement. I never received the item, however the money transact went through from my PayPal account. I've tried to make contact but not had any luck.

I ordered a child's stand-up bouncy item back in May. I have an email a phone number and order number of the place I ordered from on Facebook using my paypal account. I have a name attached to the account but haven't received the item. I am trying to contact someone but haven't had any luck. I've tried several times to make contact without luck. I paid about $35 for the item and would like to resolve this loss of payment or the item.

I am in the market to purchase a Jungle Jumparoo (a children's item). An ad came up on my Facebook feed for the product at a fraction of the price. I ordered it weeks ago. The confirmation email was super shady (saying that the status of my order would update directly in the email message, a phone number with no punctuation, weird address). I have not received my order, the status of my order hasn't changed, my emails to them have gone unanswered and the phone number provided says "this is not a valid number." I'm assuming they've stolen my credit card number, at a minimum and are working on stealing my identity. Before ordering from them, I had checked here and didn't find any hits on them. When I search Facebook now for the name of the company, I can't find it.
