I tried ordering from this website and spoke to them on Instagram. They claimed many “free” items but shipping was 9.99 per item. After I had added everything I wanted to the cart, the cost was $30 plus $109 in shipping costs. When I asked why shipping was so incredibly costly, they claimed it was “weight based shipping” and “premium tracked”. I instantly became suspicious and exited the page. I have done a lot of online shipping and never have had to pay $109 for just the shipping. On their Instagram page, they claim “free worldwide shipping” and “10,000 happy customers”. Shortly after I posted a comment about their shipping, someone contacted me saying not to order because they had been scammed by this business and then blocked from the business’s Instagram page.

My brother bought a “moonlight lamp” from BeverlySupply in February. One month later, the lamp never arrived, tracking info does not work, and they have ignored his 5 customer service emails. They still charged him for the lamp.
