BETYLILY was an ad from my Facebook account.

I ordered 4 face masks totaling $39.92.

My order number is 58G943462L6544329.

I paid for this order using my credit card.

After making the payment, there was a "Payment Success" confirmation which read "Myarnt have received your payment of USD 39.92."

It has been more than 18 days from the date of order and I have not received the order nor have I been able to obtain a refund.

I order facemasks from a website advertised on Facebook. The website was Betylily and I ordered 4 masks for $39.92. I received an email thanking me for my order and payment. It stated that Likegx had received my payment. It was also stated on their webpage that the masks could take as long as 18 days before shipping. It has now been almost a week over the 18 days and I have heard nothing. II elected my payment be made through paypal and I did get a receipt from them as well.
