We wired $600 through Western Union to Bettypapillonpuppy.com for a puppy. They asked us to make sure we sent it as a cash pick up. The money was picked up by a Marlonne Rayburn of Erie, PA. We gat an email the day the puppy was to be shipped from the "Shipping Agency" Coastallogisticsshipping demanding between $1200 - $1800 immediately for a special crate or our puppy would not be shipped. We refused to pay this amount and asked for an address so that we could pick up our puppy. The shipping company nor the bettypapillonpuppy website would provide an address for pickup. We lost $659. (including Wester Union Fees) and no puppy.
