Bettycloths started by stating the shipment was held up in Spain. They delayed giving me a USPS tracking number until 6 days after supposed delivery, exonerating themselves every step of the way, while asking the same redundant questions about my address and if I checked with the USPS. After almost a week I don't know if the item(s) are recoverable
