They Advertise diet plans that were not available on the app. Support team is near impossible to reach- they do not respond

This is an App and website designed around health and fitness. My daughter decided to download and sign up which cost me 39.99$. I immediatly saw the charge and canceled the app and have requested a refund three times from them and have not heard back. It has been a week and their suport email says that they will respond within 8 hours. I have not used the app nor opened it up other than to cancel and reach out to the support to request a refund. Again, I have reached out three different times in a week and have not heard a single word back.

The company is reports its address as: Florinis 7, GREG TOWER, 2nd Floor, 1065, Nicosia, Cyprus
