Betterme-pilates.com claims to produce an individualized 28-day workout plan for you to attain certain goals such as toning. Their "work-out" plan is ridiculously easy as if it was for someone elderly with a disabilities. I suspect that they have ageist biases built into their app, thereby assuming all elderly must be out of shape and unable to touch their toes, but they do not disclose that fact. The workouts they "custom-designed" for me were not custom-designed for me as I was promised, but their fake AI program seems to make erroneous assumptions about people based on their age, even though I had completed their questionnaire accurately and explained that I was in athletic shape. This is a scam—there is not no customization of a workout plan based on my truthful answers to the questionnaire. It seems to create a workout based on bell curve norms, not based on the answers of the questionnaire.

Furthermore, I emailed them multiple times with complaints regarding the exercises and a request for a refund. Their single response was inappropriate and unprofessional, and seemed to make further erroneous assumptions, telling me that working out requires motivation and all I have to do to start working out. It disregarded the request for a refund and did not even explain their policies or procedures with regard to a refund. Their response was as unintelligent as their "custom-designed" set of exercises.
