Better Mortgage Corporation sent a mailing stating "FINAL NOTICE" to activate their home warranty services. However the type of mailing they use and language used it comes across as a demand and a requirement. Its sent in a similar format to a W2. I did not sign up for these services and Better Morgage does not hold the loan account on my home. concern is them phishing to get vulnerable people to sign up for the home warranty determent when they do not or are not required to obtain this. The letter they sent infers this is a requirement.
