We pleasantly ask you to overview CASE #9754524486 submission to reply on this complaint.

The case number included a clickable link that took the respondent to a page that asked for information including full name, business name, contact info, and address.

I received an email that says it is Tom the bbb saying I have a complaint about my business, the problem is I don’t have a business. I didn’t want to click on the link in case it was a phishing attempt. The “pretense #” I was given is 41178680. I’m not sure that is even a thing you do.

They wanted me to open up a document which I did not do.
