Saw this advertisement on YouTube

Instantly went on line and placed on order. For a multipurpose travel bag. It has been since April 18.. I have called left messages no response. Sent email"Sean " responded saying he will ping the warehouse! ..still several emails later. I am now here. NO Bag!!

I placed an order for a 1 travel backpack with discounted price and free shipping from $49.99 down to $45.00. After one week, I sent an email to [email protected], and a person with the name "Sean Neville" gave an email response that says: "Thank you for reaching out. I just pinged our warehouse, and your order will be shipped in the next 48-72 hours. Once your order is picked up we will be providing you with a tracking number." Two weeks have passed and there is still no movement on my order, I sent another follow-up email, and no response. Called their office number 800-817-4410 and now became inactive and a voice message, "719 the number you dialed is not yet in service". I also called the other company in the same building that the scammer used, 611 North Brand Boulevard, Glendale CA 91203 - and a person that also works there has confirmed that there is no Betravelr company and no Sean Neville that operates and works in that same building. I have filed a fraudulent transaction claim report to my bank because clear as day that I was scammed by Betravelr.com, a bogus company. ScamPulse.com needs to take down their website and stop scamming other people.
