Advertisement was for a lifelike toy puppy. I ordered "Realistic KItty" after viewing the video and pictures. However, what I received was a cheaply made mechanical cat that moved in a jerky and stilted motion. The audio was of a human voice saying "meow" and singing a stupid song about pineapples. Very poor quality product and not even close to the advertisement. When I responded to the only email provided on my order confirmation notification, to request return instructions and a refund, I was met with serious pushback. They offered only 15% refund and would not provide and address for return. After threatening to contact the BBB, they offered 20% refund and still no return address. This company is illegitimate.

Advertised animatronic dog toy that moves and barks, full length commercial to advertise online when playing a game. Received laughable tiny hand stitched dog toys (stitched eyes on stuffed dogs do not even align). Does not move or bark. Very poor quality and not at all as advertised.
