Beathel.com appears to be a legit website merchant. The products displayed on their website appear of good quality. They have 30 day return policy, if not 100% satisfied they will gladly help you return the item for an exchange or refund. The products I ordered were received but the quality was not as shown on the website. The overall quality was extremely poor. As requested I contacted the email address to request a return. They replied and asked for pictures and further explanation of the reason of the return. After answering all their questions and submitting the requested pictures several days went by before hearing back. When they did respond it was with yet another run around. After several attempts to request information on how to make the return they have yet to respond after a week of trying. It appears at this point they have no intent on honoring their promise of 100% guarantee and I believe the company is a scam. I would avoid purchasing anything from this company.
