Sells products at deeply discounted pricing. Shipped via FedEx but did not arrive to my address. Confirmed with FedEx it arrived to another site in my city (so that tracking looks like it came to my area), but that the name and address on package were not mine. Paid with PayPal, which I now have a dispute open. It was a relatively small amount of money - do they do this so people do not spend time disputing it?
