I betted on the Preakness Race (Pimlco, May 19, 2018) online with Bet US Racing and they did not hesitate to take 45.00 off my debit card. Now they are requesting a copy of photo ID, photo of debit card and Vaild ID showing address in order for me to receive a payout of $55.94. Payout should be based on the fact that 2 horses I betted on placed and showed (Bravazo and the other horse showed Tenfold). The amount they say is my payout is incorrect. The odds for Bravazo was 13 - 1. $7.60 to place and $4.80 to show. I had $5.00 to place and show. The odds for Tenfold was 22 - 1. $6.80 to show. I had $2.00 to show. Therefore the payout is not correct. So they eagerly took the funds for the bet without ID. I called them after the race and was told they needed verification and the reason I did not win more is because I also played win for both horses. Well I'm not cashing in on win, the cash-in is on Show and Place. Bravazo $7.60 X $5.00 = $38.00 X 13 = $494.00. This does not happen at the racetrack. You give them the ticket they pay.

Placed a bet for the Kentucky Derby. Multiple charges were placed on my credit card including a clothing store in China.

Their support will not talk to you unless you provide your account number and PASSWORD! No customer service should ask for your password as a means to validate you.
