I have already posted once about this scam. I have received. numerous emails and also a false tracking from the shipper. EMS express, china courier service. I was told that on January 7th, 2019, that my luggage had shipped out, but, it is February 6th and I have no luggage and I have been instructed to complete a Mail Fraud form, which I have. The USPS has no record of the luggage ever arriving in the USA, but, the shipper on their site says it has. It was suppose to be out for delivery today, February 6th, but the post offie does not have it and never has had it. Customs has no record of it either. I was able to get a refund because I had the good sense to use PayPal. The seller sent me an email today, February 6th, 2019, telling me thank you for the suggestion on investigating the shipping company. The shipping company has not responded at all. I have reported this scam to Facebook, to you, and I have completed the mail fraud form. I just want to say to people DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR ANYTHING ON FACEBOOK, ETC. Use a safe method like PayPal.

I ordered a set of hard side luggage on December ben 13th, 2018 and was told that it would be a 10 day delivery and that it was coming from Montreal,Canada, but, it actually came from China, which I did not know util I got a tracking number. On January 7th I received a set of earphones in the mail instead of luggage. I contacted the company on January 7th and he blamed the issue on their logistics Dept. and that they would re-ship the luggage. I got an email on January 11th, 2019, that it had been shipped. It supposedly arrived in the USA on January 26th. It is January 29th and no one can locate my luggage. I have contacted customs in 3 states and also USPS. Shipping company says it was shipped but no record exists of it entering the USA. Seller is non compliant and does not answer except to say that the company is in a Hot Promotion right now and they have a lot orders to process. I have contacted, PayPal and Facebook and they are investigating. The seller sent me an email telling me to keep the earphones as a gift because of his company mistake but according to PayPal policy I have to send them back to get a refund. The seller has not cooperated in sending me an adequate address to ship them back, plus refuses to send me a pre-paid label to send the earphones back. He does not want them back he said. The shipping company is EMS Express out of China. This company goes by several different names. ECJK is one of them. They advertise on facebook. I am in the process of getting their ads removed from facebook and also putting a stop to their PayPal account. I advise anyone else that has had dealings with this company to do as I did and not give up and always use PayPal if you do decide to order from a facebook ad. The seller did not want to refund all my money but I rejected that and now he will be forced to return all my money. Never give up people, that is what these scammers want you to do. Im not giving up till I get satisfaction.

I ordered a set of luggage on December 14th from a company that assured me that they were located in Canada and that they delivered in 10 days. I have sent over 30 emails to bestzr and I also sent emails to sale@aakun. I was told to be patient that it was the way. I finally got a tracking number and tracked it as far as I got updates. I contacted the seller again when it said the purchase had been delivered and then I found out the tracking number on the supposed delivered package was the wrong one. He apologized and ask me for the order number, which I sent. I also sent the other tracking number. Another email I was using to reach someone was support@ecjk or [email protected] I got an update yesterday rom USPS stating my package would be delivered today. When I received the package instead of luggage I got ear phones. I have kept all our emails and also contacted PayPal. I was instructed by PayPal to hang on to the ear phones that I did not order until they contacted the seller. PayPal also told me I would not be responsible to pay to send the ear phones back and that they would request a paid return label. If do not hear from the seller in 10 days they will contact me. I thought I did my research good enough but I guess I was hoodwinked again. The site says that if it ships to the USA it comes from Canada but the package I got today came from China. It took 27 days to get ear phones that I did not order. Another email I sent emails to was the [email protected]. He got paid $39.82 by PayPal. I am a spouse of a veteran. I have not lost any money as of yet and according to PayPal I won't.

I ordered an online purchase for 29.99 from this on-line business. As of Sunday 12.16.18 I have not heard anything from this on-line business. They have already taken monies out of my acct. for this transaction with no relief insight. Beware of this company.

Saw the ad on Instagram, click on it, it took me to the link and I purchased a suit for $33.77 last Thursday. Still haven’t received a tracking number.
