I did my order on the 22th November. I ordered some clothes. Never received. I tryied to write some email to them and the email was not found. lost 53 Euros.

Bought two coats. $34.99 and $43.99. No coats received. Have tried emailing their support email address - email bounces back to me.

I placed an order in September. Money was debited from my account. MANY emails have gone unanswered. I'm only out $25 and change, but I'm extremely disappointed that they won't answer and I still don't have my order.

Saw an ad on Facebook for product called Litterpaw, automatic litterbox. Ordered on July 25, 2020. Order ID OIB97863. Sent email to bestygood for update on July 6, 2020. They sent tracking info back. Tracked and said in transit. No product. Contacted bestygood again on August 31, 2020, no response. Requested refund on September 11, 2020.
