I ordered an item from this store in early April for $46.55 as supposed 'shipping' was free. After giving it a month to be delivered I reached out to the given email address. There are three separates ones. Two of these emails ([email protected] and [email protected]) block incoming emails, meaning they can't even be delivered, and the third ([email protected]) receives no response at all. A tracking number was never provided and no follow up was ever given. The money is gone and the product likely never existed from them to begin with.

Similar to another experience, an item was ordered that never came. I received an email that the item had shipped but it obtained no tracking number or way to keep an eye on it. There are three separate contact emails listed on the site- two of which send emails back as blocked and the third of which you can get through but receive absolutely no response.

BestWorth Store frequently advertises on social media. They have products that are very attractive to young adults and would make really good gifts and look reasonably priced. The free shipping is especially attractive to shoppers. I ordered two different items back in early May 2020. Although the company notified me that the items shipped, their shipment email had no tracking number listed, and the items never came.

Just in case the pandemic was the cause for the delay, I reached out after waiting a few weeks, but I received no response from the company. I reached out multiple times, over the course of a few weeks, trying all of the different email addresses on their website. Finally I received a response stating that they had shipped the package again and to follow up in a few weeks if it still had not been received. They again did not provide a tracking number. A few weeks passed, and the items still never arrived. I tried to follow up again, and I have received no response again for weeks now. They never offered a tracking number or refund, and now they will not respond to any messages.
