I ordered a pool and a jacuzzi, July 22nd. I have NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING! I have been trying to contact bestway-outlet, and have had no luck. I am battling STAGE 4 METASTATIC BREAST CANCER, and this concern is STRESSFUL! PLEASE HELP THIS CONCERN. (561)633-8605

I ordered a pool from their Bestway-Outlet Store website and paid through PayPal for it and I noticed that the payment went to an individual named Rodney Perry instead of Bestway and I am very concerned that it was a scam because of that as well as getting 4 emails with and different order number for each one and nothing on their site or in the emails indicated when I would receive the pool or a tracking number. I cancelled the payment at my bank and turn this over as a scam against their company. I received an email from PayPal with a tracking number and delivered date that was not delivered to me and I went to my local post office and they said it was an actual tracking number for somewhere local and a small package was delivered but it was no above ground pool and the tracking number package has another person‘a name on it.
