Found this company with internet search and maybe even trip advisor. They looked legit and i booked a Chocolate Tour in NY for 4 people for total of $200. The service was to take place June 1 at noon. At 10:35am i received a email saying the guide had an emergency and i was rescheduled for 5:30pm instead. I tried to call them and got a weird phone loop that does not allow you to speak to anyone. I did a chat which is what they said was best to contact them. I got some weir d responses on the chat that led me to question how legit they were. End result is that my tour at 5:30 that day was to still take place. They never showed up or contacted me again. I chatted with them after waiting on a chat line for 30 minutes (and after they would not respond to texting or phone calls) and they asked if i would like to book an italian tour instead. When i wrote that i thought they may be scamming me they cut off the chat. They do not respond to emails, have not offered to refund my money, and do not call back. I have been getting emails from them asking me to be ONE OF THEIR GUIDES! I contacted Visa and they told me they have had a lot of disputes from this particular company and would turn them over to their fraud department. I went back to Trip Advisor and saw that they have scammed several other people.
