Saw an add on Facebook for a ice making machine from Bestkca, that was on November 21st at 12:48:48.
So I purchased what I thought was a ice making machine because the price was good.
Yesterday a wee little parcel arrived, I was wondering what it was as I hadn’t ordered ow’t so small. In the parcel was a half pint plastic tumbler, I thought maybe a free gift of some-one, but no.
I’ve been ripped off by a gang of thieving irresponsible b******s, who are brave enough to sit behind a computer unaware of the hardship they may be causing to people they are scamming.

I followed a Facebook ad for solar flame torches to the bestkca website, and placed an order. The site promised customer satisfaction and free returns, and I knew Paypal offered buyer protection. The website promised US shipping in 10 days guaranteed. Twenty days later, I had no product, and filed a complaint with Paypal. The product finally arrived, and they were not stainless steel solar flame lamps, but very cheap solar lights, similar to the kind I could purchase at the dollar store.

I then discovered that there was a large group of people on Facebook who had experienced the same thing I had. Most were getting the run around from Paypal, but some were getting their money back without being required to return the items to China.

Paypal's dispute process determined that I had to return the item "for a refund from the seller". Even after being told repeatedly that the seller had pulled their website, and had falsely offered free shipping, Paypal would not allow me to appeal the decision or even speak with a representative. My only means of discussion was a chat feature with a variety of agents who were giving me duplicate automated messages about their legal policies.

After my dispute window closed, they then told me that "To be eligible for PayPal Purchase Protection, the item you receive must be Significantly Not as Described. We found that the seller's listing accurately described the item." They didn't tell me their decision until AFTER my dispute window closed. It blows my mind that a large payment processing company like Paypal would stoop this low.

Your experience is exactly my experience. I ordered Flame torch lights from Bestkca and received what they call Yard lights like those I had previously purchased for $1 at the dollar store. It took forever and many communications through PayPal and then to finally get bogus lights worth $12 when I paid $71.99 for Flame Torch lights more than a month after placing my order through PayPal was disgusting enough but the weeks of filing complaints through PayPal became even more disgusting but finally, PayPal struck an agreement with Bestkca to return the lights and PayPal provided the return address so on July 27, 2020, I packaged and returned the lights and have been fighting ever since to get my money back. The company has not returned a response to my emails and I just sent another one today. I won't go into details but I have a like issue with Jiadi Co.regarding scopes that were not what I ordered.

I ordered solar flickering lights and did not receive the correct order. I was told I could return them to China--at a cost more than the lights. These lights were cheap and could have bought them at the dollar store for 1/8 the price. I have read several reviews and they are all the same. This company should not be allowed to ship to the US!

I was scammed like all these other people. Went through PayPal to try to get my money back. When I returned the product - didn't get a tracking number so PayPal wouldn't return my money. I was already out the $51.45 for the misrepresented product - and didn't want to pay an additional $20 for tracked shipping. Needless to say - I am out over $60. Facebook and Paypal should refuse to work with them. Will never order over FB again. Not too happy with PayPal either. All they needed to do was look at all these reviews to see what scammers this China based company is.

Neither am I. Had the same issue with this company and with Paypal. I am "as we speak" filing a complaint with BBB but since it's China it refers me to the international scams online. I wish every single person scammed would do this.

Thought I ordered one thing, received another thing. Tried to contact company, got no response. Found out they are in China, go figure. Put a claim in with PayPal who I paid through. Took 2 months to even get an answer that I can receive credit once I return it. ... return it at my expense! For receiving the wrong item! Even the wrong item came in and looked like a crushed box of junk.

Total scam. Ordered 8 flickering solar flame torches for my Mom for Mother's Day and she received a set of dollar store lights over a month later. Tried contacting the company 6 times with no response. PayPal has no resolution. Don't fall for this scam!

I shouldn't even rate it one star. I have been going back and forth for weeks asking them to make their order right.. I wish I had read your reviews first. They sent me solar lights that fit in the palm of my hand and do not flicker "flame" as advertised or are they made for the lawn, as advertised, they were thrown into a small box without protection, 2 are cracked, and at this point since they won't send me the correct product, I have asked for my money back. They advertise flickering solar torch lights, I ordered 10 for $55.00.

They sent me 10 cheap solar lights I can buy for $1 each at the Dollar Store. They will refund me after I pay to ship the lights back to China and they see that the lights are unused. There are THOUSANDS of people and groups on Facebook that have been scammed by this place.

I ordered four solar flame torch lawn lights from an ad on facebook. When I finally received my order it contained four dollar store small plastic lights. I paid 37.95 for $4.00 worth of lights. When I e-mailed them they said did I order the correct ones. My confirmation even contained a picture of the flame lights. The have not replyed to my e-mails since.
