This was from a TV commercial! You scan the QR code on the TV and it takes you to their website where you can supposedly buy their inscents burner for 19.99 I wanted to purchase that and some inscents. Their website was deceiving as I thought I was purchasing a 19.95 or 19.99 package of incents which ended up being 59.95. You pay for the order before they explain what the charges are. I immediately contacted them to remove that from my order and to not charge me and they emailed me later trying to get me to buy it anyway. I again told them not to charge me and I didn't want it and they again tried to get me to accept it. Then they finally said that they sent it and now I have to go through their return policy and pay return shipping. This is purposefully deceptive. I am not able to figure out how to attach the email trail but will forward it to you if you provide me an email to send it to. I hope you are able to stop this so others are not deceived.

Saw it on tv, thought that meant it was reputable. Should’ve known better.
